PEAK Performance Health/Life Coach Chris Buckley works with men and women over 30 to lose weight, have more energy, and turn healthy habits into lasting behaviors. By using a systematic approach, we achieve those results by focusing on specific nutrition for each client’s unique body type. We help people improve their relationship with food, learn how to manage stress, and make healthier food choices when optimal conditions do not exist. Clients learn how to balance their busy schedules, add movement to their lifestyle, and achieve goals that previously may have been out of reach. Depending on the client’s goals, programs are designed to range from 3 weeks to 12 weeks, or longer.
