The PEAK Performance FitLight training program is dual-focused. We believe that fitness applies to both the capabilities of your body and your mind’s ability to harness those capabilities to use them to their full potential. We train the body through intense sports-specific physical exercise, as well as the brain through unique cognitive drills to improve speed, agility, coordination, and focus.
We use the FitLight Trainer System to assess the athlete’s current form and create tangible goals to improve, making it easier for you to get faster, stronger, and better in a shorter amount of time.
We are also firm advocates for pre-hab – prehabilitation, avoiding many sports injuries with prevention exercises. An important aspect of our program is the improvement of flexibility and the strengthening of the small muscle groups that are often neglected when weight training. This type of training prevents injury and also improves speed, power, and explosivity.
